If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible for a refund. You have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

To request a refund, please contact us on http://gratitudefitness.co.nz/contact-a-personal-trainer.html or email us on vicki@gratutudefitness.co.nz. Once you’ve requested a refund, you’ll receive an email confirming if your purchase is eligible for a refund and the refund details.

Refund methods

Once we confirm your purchase is eligible for a refund, the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of refund confirmation. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with the following bank details:

note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to 10 days business for Gratitude Fitness to post the refund to your account.
